El Degüello – “Give No Quarter”

Santa Anna, the little bantam rooster Mexican General, had this song played  to the The men defending the Alamo, in 1836.

It is the cut throat or slit throat song.

It meant no quarter, every soldier would be killed, no surrenders taken.

And all were killed.

i am damn proud of those men who gave their lives for Texicans freedom in 1836.

i am especially warmed by Davy Crockett’s way of doing business. As a congressman from Tennessee, he had to deal with the yankee’s dishonesty, self righteousness, lies, dishonest ways, the raping financially  of the Southern States by the yankees who had more votes in Washington DC. He lost his bid for reelection, as some of his own State were infected with the yankee virus.

He told them: “You may all go to hell and I will go to Texas.”

Unfortunately in 1865, the damn yankee scum followed his path to Texas.

In 2019, the Alamo and the occupied Republic of Texas is again under attack. The occupation Vincy  yankee “Texas State Government”, in conjunction with the Eastern European ancestry mayor Pendejoberg, and his band of Mexico firsters, on the occupation San Antonio city council, are trying to tare down the memorial to the men died defending the Alamo, move it to a less visible place. The Vincy San Antonio city hall has already torn down and stolen a Confederate monument, which honored Texicans who fought to defend their home land from war criminal invaders who were robbing, raping, and murdering Texican civilians.

i intend to see the Republic of Texas freed from foreign occupation.

Sixth generation Texican,  who’s mothers family lines came to Texas in the 1840s. My great great grandfather Martin was an Alamo City Guard, part of the Texas 1st Light Artillery which took the yankee’s surrender in Down Town San Antonio, then guarded San Antonio for a time, after the surrender of the yankees in San Antonio.

Fathers line came  in  1863, fourth generation Texican on that side.

i would like to, politically speaking, dedicate this song to both the San Antonio Vincy “city government”, and the yankee Vincy  occupation “State government”, in Austin.

A Zionist yankee Just Could Not Keep From Bragging About His War Crimes

The Names of the men are lost. This is a story that was passed down from my great-grandfather to my grandfather to my father to me. A friend of my Great-grandfather, and the names of the Southerners were probably passed down to my grandfather. This could have been any of our ancestors, as there were not many families, that the Zionist yankee war crimes did not touch.

During the late war of rape of innocent women and children, the murder of same, gang rape of nuns and ministers wives and daughters, burning homes down with grandma and grandpa inside, stealing everything the yankee Zionist scum could pry loose, desecration of churches, digging up and desecration of the dead, (the thieving yankee scum dug up fresh graves as they thought some Southerner might be trying to keep the degenerate yankee scum from stealing their valuables by burying then in a grave), murder, arson, beastiality, perversion and occupation, the southern people were set upon by a Zionist criminal cabal, the same one doing Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Libya today.

One such story passed down, (The Washington DC Crime Cabal will not allow the truth taught in their indoctrinations centers known as public school), happen thus.

Yankee scum troops coming through the country, stealing, raping, murdering. They came to one Southern home. The son was away fighting the yankee scum. At home were the mother and father, older folks, and a teen age daughter. After the yankee scum had stolen everything of value, they started beating the old man up, just in case he had hid something. The daughter, who was heavy set, non the less, jumped in to try to get the degenerate, cowardly Zionist yankee scum off her father, so these “freedom fighters”, kicked her ass also.

After the war was over, many of these yankee scum, when they got discharged, came back South under the Zionist yankee occupation, to see if they had missed anything during the war that they could steal now.

One day, two Confederate veterans, and a Zionist yankee scum carpetbagger met up at a cross roads. They stop, sitting their horses to make small talk. Yankee scum, being a self righteous Puritan, (Zionist), scum, could not help but brag abaout his war crimes, (they were REAL pround of their war crimes).

He said, somewhere around here during the war, I kicked an old mans and a fat girls ass.

Her brouther then pulled him off his horse and was beating him to death. His friend, who had been in the war with him, pulled him off the cowardly girl beating Zionist scum, and told him, “I pulled him off of you this time, by he time I turn him loose, you better be out of sight, cause, I will no do it again.

Being a smart Zionist yankee scum degenerate, he was never seen in that area again.

Americans, this is what the ass holes, the sold out whores, the evil, useless “elites” of Washington DC are still, every damn day, doing to innocent people.

Time to educate yourselves Mr. and Mrs. America.

Time to take out the garbage. Time to get real.

Texas Republican Ted Cruz: Accessory to Israeli Grand Larceny

In the United States, as Rep Omar pointed out, politicians on both sides of the aisle in both Houses routinely fall over themselves to pledge fealty and taxpayer dollars to Israel.

The Trump administration is virtually owned by the state of Israel. Donald Trump has taken money from casino magnate Sheldon Adelson and other wealthy pro-Israel donors. His daughter converted to Orthodox Judaism in 2009. Ivanka’s husband, Jared Kushner, also an Orthodox Jew, is close to the Netanyahu regime in Israel. Two established neocons, John Bolton and Elliot Abrams, and a convert, Mike Pompeo, are bedrock supporters of the Israeli mission to establish dominance in the Middle East, diminish the native Palestinian population, and steal land from its neighbors.

Enter Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz, a failed presidential candidate desperately trying to stay politically relevant.

Cruz and the notorious neocon senator from Arkansas, Tom Cotton, introduced companion resolutions demanding the US recognize Israel’s sovereignty over the Golan Heights, Syrian territory prior to the Six-Day War in 1967.

For Ted Cruz and his cohort Tom Cotton, making the once divided Jerusalem—now largely ethnically cleansed of Arabs (this is called the “Judaization of Jerusalem” in politespeak)—the capitol of Israel was not hardly enough. Now Congress must recognize and support the outright theft of land and natural resources by Israel in direct violation of international law.

Corporate U.S. Senators and U.S. Representatives that are Israel Dual Citizens

It was pointed out to me, the link i posted, had a percentage of 89% of congress critters being “dual citizens”, but the original story, from GOVERNMENT SERVICES CORPORATION WATCH, did not have a percentage, just a list.

i did not crunch the numbers myself, and frankly,  do not have the time. If it is not true, i don’t want it on the site, so i trashed the original post, and am replacing it with the original.

The percentage does not matter to me anyway, one would be too many. “For a man can not serve two masters, he must love the one and hate the other, or he must hate the one and hate the other”.

Dual citizenship is bullshit.

Either you are a real American, or you are not.

America is a place in the heart.

So here is the link without percentages.

“We Have No Rights”: Texan Landowners Fear USA Will Seize Their Land For Border Wall

The Rio Grande Valley, an area located in the southernmost tip of South Texas, is seeing increased signs that a border wall or fence is imminent: heavy machinery gathering near the Rio Grande, wooded areas being cleared, and residents receiving letters from the government asking to survey their property and possibly seize it through eminent domain.

Gary Jacobs, a former chief executive officer of Laredo National Bank, had an in-depth conversation with Bloomberg about President Trump’s border wall could trigger a massive backlash from Texan landowners.

Texas, a state where Trump defeated Hillary Clinton by 9% in the 2016 presidential election, shows the political complexity at play.

After Trump declared a national emergency last week to access billions of dollars in funding, some landowners in Texas fear that the Trump administration could seize their land.

“The way the eminent domain laws are written, we have no rights,” warns Jacobs. “That’s the issue. It’s not what they’re going to build. It’s how they’re taking the land.”

Not long after Trump invoked the National Emergencies Act, the Legal advocacy group Public Citizen filed suit on behalf of landowners in Texas.

Public Citizen is claiming Trump exceeded his authority under the federal National Emergencies Act because there is no crisis at the border, and that a declaration of a national emergency to build the wall violates the separation of powers, more or less, it is unconstitutional for Trump to declare an emergency because Congress already declined to appropriate the money.

Bloomberg said property seizure laws established in the 1800s leave Texan landowners with limited options.

Texans have had a rough history of the government claiming eminent domain for highways, and oil companies have used it to lay pipelines through private property.

“Philosophically, that’s abhorrent to me,” says Jacobs, 77, who considers himself a Republican at heart but has voted for Democrats in the past.

Mark Jones, a political scientist at Rice University in Houston, warns if Texans see about 20 eminent domain filings relating to the wall, it would then be enough to trigger a possible collapse in support of Trump’s wall among the state’s Republicans.

“Just as Texas Republicans are very supportive of having a strong level of border security, they also are very supportive of property rights,” he said.

While Jacobs condemns Trump’s wall, he makes it clear to Bloomberg that he advocates for stricter enforcement of immigration laws and supports the Border Patrol.

This is the same sentiment shared by Mauricio Vidaurri, whose family’s ranch along the Rio Grande dates back to 1750.

Vidaurri said the real problem on the border is “the feral hogs.”

He works for the US Customs and Border Protection and has somewhat of an inside take on the border issues, advocates for stricter immigration laws.

He says the wall threatens to divide the earth that contains his family past.

He expects the government to send a letter any day saying he must give up his land for a border wall.

“It’s cruel, man. It’s just cruel,’’ he says. “I’m really, really scared that they’re going to take my land.’’

With more than 1,000 Texas landowners at risk of the Trump administration seizing their land for the border wall, the private property debate in Texas is undoubtedly going to be a significant topic in the 2020 election, one which could impact Trump’s vote in the Lone Star State.

58,000 Non-Citizens Voted In Texas State Elections, 95,000 Registered According To Attorney General-Zero Hedge

i do not consider the Evil Empire’s Vincy “Texas State government”,  to be anything else than an occupation force which is illegally occupying and oppressing the souls of the militarily occupied, Republic of Texas, but this shows the problem of the occupier having forced on the Republic of Texas, all the riff raft they could import to suppress the souls of the occupied republic of Texas.

A Texas Elementary School Speech Pathologist Refused to Sign a Pro-Israel Oath, Now Mandatory in Many States — so She Lost Her Job

This map compiled by Palestine Legal shows how pervasive various forms of Israel loyalty oath requirements have become in the U.S.; the states in red are ones where such laws are already enacted, while the states in the darker shade are ones where such bills are pending:

A children’s speech pathologist who has worked for the last nine years with developmentally disabled, autistic, and speech-impaired elementary school students in Austin, Texas, has been told that she can no longer work with the public school district, after she refused to sign an oath vowing that she “does not” and “will not” engage in a boycott of Israel or “otherwise tak[e] any action that is intended to inflict economic harm” on that foreign nation. A lawsuit on her behalf was filed early Monday morning in a federal court in the Western District of Texas, alleging a violation of her First Amendment right of free speech.

The child language specialist, Bahia Amawi, is a U.S. citizen who received a master’s degree in speech pathology in 1999 and, since then, has specialized in evaluations for young children with language difficulties (see video below). Amawi was born in Austria and has lived in the U.S. for the last 30 years, fluently speaks three languages (English, German, and Arabic), and has four U.S.-born American children of her own.

Amawi began working in 2009 on a contract basis with the Pflugerville Independent School District, which includes Austin, to provide assessments and support for school children from the county’s growing Arabic-speaking immigrant community. The children with whom she has worked span the ages of 3 to 11. Ever since her work for the school district began in 2009, her contract was renewed each year with no controversy or problem.

But this year, all of that changed. On August 13, the school district once again offered to extend her contract for another year by sending her essentially the same contract and set of certifications she has received and signed at the end of each year since 2009.

She was prepared to sign her contract renewal until she noticed one new, and extremely significant, addition: a certification she was required to sign pledging that she “does not currently boycott Israel,” that she “will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract,” and that she shall refrain from any action “that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with Israel, or with a person or entity doing business in Israeli or in an Israel-controlled territory.”

How Using Eminent Domain to Seize Land for a Border Wall Harms Texas Property Owners

Building Trump’s much-ballyhooed border wall will requiring using eminent domain to forcibly take the land of numerous property owners. If that happens, many of the property owners probably will not get anything like adequate compensation. A just-published study conducted by ProPublica and the Texas Tribune analyzed over 400 condemnations undertaken as a result of the Secure Fence Act of 2006, which authorized the construction of a much smaller barrier than Trump’s proposed wall. Here is their summary of their findings:

An investigation by ProPublica and the Texas Tribune shows that [the Department of] Homeland Security cut unfair real estate deals, secretly waived legal safeguards for property owners, and ultimately abused the government’s extraordinary power to take land from private citizens.

The major findings:

  • Homeland Security circumvented laws designed to help landowners receive fair compensation. The agency did not conduct formal appraisals of targeted parcels. Instead, it issued low-ball offers based on substandard estimates of property values.

  • Larger, wealthier property owners who could afford lawyers negotiated deals that, on average, tripled the opening bids from Homeland Security. Smaller and poorer landholders took whatever the government offered — or wrung out small increases in settlements. The government conceded publicly that landowners without lawyers might wind up shortchanged, but did little to protect their interests.

  • The Justice Department bungled hundreds of condemnation cases. The agency took property without knowing the identity of the actual owners. It condemned land without researching facts as basic as property lines. Landholders spent tens of thousands of dollars to defend themselves from the government’s mistakes.

  • The government had to redo settlements with landowners after it realized it had failed to account for the valuable water rights associated with the properties, an oversight that added months to the compensation process.

  • On occasion, Homeland Security paid people for property they did not actually own. The agency did not attempt to recover the misdirected taxpayer funds, instead paying for land a second time once it determined the correct owners.

  • Nearly a decade later, scores of landowners remain tangled in lawsuits. The government has already taken their land and built the border fence. But it has not resolved claims for its value.

The study’s findings are consistent with previous research on takings compensation, which I summarized in Chapter 8 of my book on eminent domain, The Grasping Hand. Scholars have repeatedly found that many property owners get less than the “fair market value” compensation required by Supreme Court precedent, and that this is particularly likely for those who are poor, legally unsophisticated, and lacking in political influence. Even those who do get fair market value compensation still often are not fully compensated for all their losses, because many owners attach “subjective value” to their land above and beyond its market price. Consider, for example, a homeowner who has lived in the same neighborhood for a long time, or a small business with established customer “good will” in the area that may be hard to replicate elsewhere.

During the 2016 presidential campaign, Donald Trump claimed that victims of eminent domain have nothing to complain about because “when eminent domain is used on somebody’s property, that person gets a fortune.” The history of the Secure Fence Act takings – and many other condemnations – proves otherwise. If it were really true that having your property condemned is a great way to make a fortune, the Donald Trumps of the world would be lobbying the government to take their property, instead of lobbying to condemn that of the politically weak in order to build parking lots for their casinos.

If Congress allocates money to build Trump’s border wall, the abuses that occurred with the Secure Fence Act takings are likely to be repeated on a much larger scale. Sadly, this would be yet another of the many ways in which immigration restrictions harm American citizens, as well as immigrants.
