If the Occupied Republic of Texas was not illegally occupied by the USA Corporation
Of which ‘THE STATE OF TEXAS’ is the administrative occupation arm sub corporation of the USA Corporation illegally occupying the occupied Republic of Texas, these murders of 19 kids and two teachers would never have happened.
It is USA Corporate rules (gun disarmament anti-American rules) were not forced on Texicans by the USA Corporation’s sub corporation, the occupying ‘THE STATE OF TEXAS’, those kids would not have died because schools would not be “gun free zones” where children are set up as targets for criminal types who pay no attention to the rules to murder without any one shooting back.
Now whether you believe the Uvalde fiasco was an FBI false flag set up to make more disarming of Americans easier as I do, or you think it was a lone nutter, the FACT “lawenFORCEment gave the kid over an hour to murder as many kids as he wanted to, is a crime.
In this case one cop who was going to try to stop it and save his wife was assaulted, disarmed and stopped from stopping the killing while over a hundred other cops stood around with their thumbs up their asses is inexcusable and heads should roll.
It finally took an off duty Border Patrol agent with his barbers privately owned pump 12 gauge shot gun to take lead and put an end to what should never have happened.
One cop admitted later he had a clear shot at the man with a rifle walking into the school who had already fired shots at people outside, but did not take it as when he used his radio to ask permission, he got no reply.
The only damn medal I care about from my time in the military was one I got for breaking all the rules when it mattered.
If things had gone wrong, I knew they would have nailed my hide to the hen house door.
But I did what was needed anyway and took the risk of it all coming down on my ass for the good of everyone around me and the mission.
Thats leadership, and anyone without the balls to take a shot which will save many lives because they are afraid of getting in trouble, does not need to be carrying a badge and a gun!
The Ole Dog!
REVEALED: Uvalde ‘Punisher’ screen-lock cop is HUSBAND of teacher killed in school massacre – who was DISARMED minutes later and kicked out of building for trying to engage shooter while 16 other officers stood by
- The cop seen checking his phone in leaked footage from the Uvalde massacre has been identified as Officer Ruben Ruiz
- Ruiz is the husband of Eva Mireles, a teacher at Robb Elementary School, who was gunned down that day
- TPS Director Col. Steven McCraw said in June that Mireles called her husband on the morning of the shooting to say she had been ‘shot and was dying’
- According to reports, Ruiz tried to get into the classroom in an attempt to save his wife from crazed gunman Salvador Ramos, but was prevented
- Footage of the shooting leaked on July 12, prior to the official release of the video
A Texas politician has identified the Uvalde cop seen checking his phone in the early stages of the Robb Elementary School massacre as the husband of slain teacher Eva Mireles.
She was one of the 21 people who were killed by crazed gunman Salvador Ramos at Robb Elementary School on May 24.
In the footage of the shooting that was leaked on July 12, the officer was shown checking his phone at 11.38am while standing in the hallway.
Seconds later, he walks out of the building.
The day after the leak, Texas state Rep. Joe Moody tweeted the picture of Ruiz on his phone and wrote: ‘This is the husband of teacher Eva Mireles, who contacted him on his phone from her classroom while he was on-scene to say that she’d been shot and was dying.’
According to an official timeline of the shooting released by the Associated Press, at 11.48am, Ruiz was told outside the school that his wife had been shot.
That is when he was restrained by other officers as he tried to re-enter to take down the gunman.
Moody, a Democrat from El Paso, is a member of the The Texas Investigative Committee on the Robb Elementary Shooting.
In June, it emerged that Ruiz had been restrained by other officers and even had his gun taken from him in order to prevent him from attacking Salvador Ramos.
Moody added in his tweet: ‘I’d not planned to speak publicly until the report was released, but I couldn’t say nothing seeing this man, who’s lost everything, maligned as if he was indifferent or actively malicious. Context matters.’
He concluded: ‘To those who haven’t bothered to read even the news that’s been reported in your rush to judgment, he attempted to engage but was removed from the building and disarmed. We’ll have much to say about the police response, but no criticism of this officer.’
In June, Texas Department of Public Safety Director Col. Steven McCraw testified at a Texas Senate hearing regarding Ruiz’s presence at the school on May 24.
McCraw said that Ruiz’s wife contacted her husband while the shooting was happening and said that ‘she had been shot and was dying.’
The colonel added: ‘As he tried to move forward into the hallway, he was detained and they took his gun away from him and escorted him off the scene.’
A week after the shooting, Uvalde County judge Bill Mitchell told the New York Times about Mireles’ final moments.
Mitchell had been briefed on the shooting by sheriff’s deputies. He said: ‘She’s in the classroom and he’s outside. It’s terrifying.’
Despite not reciting the exact words used by Mireles, Mitchell said: ‘He’s outside hearing his wife: ‘I’m dying.’
The judge said that he didn’t know if Ruiz’s conversation was relayed to commanding officers at the scene.
She is thought to have been killed while trying to protect her students.
