“Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis seeks to form his own “state guard” that cannot be taken over by Biden regime”
This sounds good to one tired of the baby raping evil of the Communist USA/DC Corporation.

There is however several legal problems with the Guvnor of ‘THE STATE OF FLORIDA’ Pulling this off.
The Sovereign Country of Florida or the Sovereign State of Florida of The Confederate States of America which has been militarily occupied by the USA/DC Corporation for 156 years and counting of which the current Occupation Guvnor (CEO) of the ‘STATE OF FLORIDA’ which is a sub corporation of the Occupying USA/DC war criminal Military Dictatorship Corporation wants his own Corporate Military which the ‘STATE OF FLORIDA’s parent Corporation can not over rule his use of.
The Sovereign Country of Florida or the Sovereign State of Florida of the former Confederate States of America can legally have it’s own military, if it were not militarily occupied, but an illegal occupying sub corporation of an illegal occupying corporation can not have it’s own corporate military which is not subject to the parent corporations directions and orders.
If the occupying sub Corporation of the militarily occupying corporation of the USA/DC, the ‘STATE OF FLORIDA’ would get the hell out of the occupied Sovereign Country of Florida, then the Sovereign Country of Florida could have it’s own National Military which would not be subject to the Occupying War Criminal USA/DC Corporation.
As the Occupying Guvnor (CEO of the Sub Corporation ‘THE STATE OF FLORIDA’) , occupying the Sovereign Country of Florida, DeSantis, is not part of the Sovereign Country of Florida, thus he can not have his own National Military of the Sovereign Country of Florida.
Therefore this is all shuck and jive of smoke and mirrors to fool the occupied Floridians into thinking the occupier will save them from occupation by the occupier.

The Ole Dog!
While Florida’s increasingly popular GOP governor, Ron DeSantis, is not calling for secession from the United States, it could be he is planning for any contingency under the authoritarian Biden regime, including that one.
In a speech last week in which he outlined his military budget, DeSantis turned heads when he announced a proposal to reinstate a World War II-era organization, the Florida State Guard, which was originally formed to assist the state after National Guard forces were activated for federal service in the European and Asian theaters.
The American Wire provided additional details:
The force would be made up of 200 civilian volunteers and “trained in the best emergency response techniques” they would employ during natural disasters or other state emergencies, a press release noted. In his budget, DeSantis proposed spending $3.5 million on the new force.
Importantly, the force would be completely independent of federal control.
“We are proud of our veterans and active-duty military members and proud of what our communities do to support them,” DeSantis, himself a former U.S. Naval Reserve officer and Iraq war vet, said.
“Florida is one of the most veteran-friendly states and I think there are very few places that you would rather be on duty than in the state of Florida. As a veteran, I really appreciate what everyone who wears the uniform does in our state and am excited about these proposals – they will go a long way and have a meaningful impact,” he said.
“In Florida, we are going to continue our momentum of supporting our military, supporting our veterans and being good stewards of our military installations.”
The press release notes: “The military spending budget for the Florida National Guard supports vital emergency response services that the National Guard provides. The establishment of the Florida State Guard will further support those emergency response efforts in the event of a hurricane, natural disasters and other state emergencies.”
The new unit, DeSantis noted further, would “not be encumbered by the federal government.” He went on to say that the force would afford him “the flexibility and the ability needed to respond to events in our state in the most effective way possible.”
“The budget proposal also includes $12.2 million in scholarships for children and spouses of deceased or disabled veterans, and $3.6 million to improve base infrastructure and support projects that keep our military installations among the best in the nation,” the press release adds.
U.S. Rep. Charlie Crist, a former GOP Florida governor who used to be a RINO and is now running against DeSantis as a Democrat, posted a tweet in which he falsely claimed that the State Guard would amount to DeSantis’ “secret police.”
“No Governor should have his own handpicked secret police,” he wrote.
Actually, what the new force really amounts to is a secret weapon against federal government-induced collapse — and the idea for the State Guard comes at a time when Americans’ faith and trust in the regular military has hit new lows, thanks in large part to the Biden regime’s efforts to turn the institution into one giant “woke” fraternity.
