If any Texican uses their God Given right to be Armed, to harm another not in defense of self, others, property, home, family, country, then the people have a right to Try in a Common Law Court, the offender, and issue Punishment.
But if the offense is not murder, and punishment is issued, say prison, after the punishment is finished, that person has a right to go armed again, just like anyone else.
If they Cold blooded Murdered someone, they should hang, and they will not need to be armed any more.
